Coin description:

Austrian gold coin, 13.96 grams, 23.68 carat, 986.6 purity, and the design of Emperor Franz Joseph.

This coin has a long history. It was called the "duca" in Italy during the Middle Ages. It lost its legal tender status in 1857, but remained in use as a commercial currency until 1915, the year shown on this coin. It was re-minted in Austria in 1872, but the year engraved on it is a reference to the economic restrictions imposed by World War II, which led to a temporary halt in its minting. This year was also the year before the death of Emperor Franz Joseph, whose reign was one of the longest, lasting nearly 68 years.

This coin has distinct and ancient historical connotations, and is considered one of the rare pieces that you can own among your jewelry, or save to preserve the value of your money. You can also invest in it to achieve financial profits, as it is one of the unique and rare pieces.

This coin comes packaged in its own Certicard to ensure it is free from scratches or damage, enhancing its value and making it an exceptional piece in your jewelry collection.
