Price fixing:
Ruby website reserves the right to refuse purchase orders whose value is delayed in reaching its bank accounts, even if the amount has been deducted from the customer’s accounts. Ruby Modern Trading Company provides bank accounts in several Saudi banks to ensure that money transfers reach them at the same moment.
Orders that change their status to "in progress" mean that prices have been fixed and will not be affected by the rise or fall of global precious metal prices.
As for orders that reach us with a partial value, such as orders paid by several bank transfers (some have arrived and some are still on the way), or orders paid with a deposit of no less than 10% of the order value, the prices have also been fixed, even if the order status remains under review and has not changed to being implemented.
Commitment to buying and selling:
By accepting the purchase order and changing its status from under review to under execution, this means our commitment to sell and the buyer's commitment to purchase. The customer may not cancel the purchase order. Orders can always be canceled when their status is under review, except for orders for which we have received part of their value, as their prices have been fixed with the global market.
We can always repurchase orders that have not been executed, shipped, or delivered, at the current market price of those precious metals on the global market.
The fulfillment, shipping, or delivery of some orders may be delayed, depending on product availability and global precious metals market conditions. If the customer does not wish to wait, their order will be fulfilled with a similar product in terms of metal type, weight, and purity, according to the available options.
Right of cancellation by unilateral decision:
The store reserves the exclusive right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel any purchase order and refund the full amount paid to the customer without providing any reason and without any liability whatsoever on the part of the store. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, suspicion regarding the nature of the transaction, or any force majeure circumstances affecting the completion of the deal. In such cases, the store is obligated to refund the amount via the same payment method or another suitable method, and the customer is not entitled to any additional compensation as a result of this cancellation.
Shipping, delivery, and risk disclaimer:
1. Relationship independence: The customer acknowledges and understands that the relationship between him and the shipping company is an independent contractual relationship. This relationship begins and is considered effective as soon as the customer chooses the appropriate shipping company during the purchase process, and Ruby Jewellers’ responsibility ends as soon as the order is delivered to the chosen shipping company.
2. Regulatory Reference: All shipping, delivery and logistics operations are subject to the rules, regulations and bylaws issued by the General Authority for Transport in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or any other entity determined by the legislative authorities, and any claims related to delay, damage or loss are directed to the shipping company directly in accordance with its regulations.
3. Shipment and Risk Insurance: All shipments and products sent through the store are not automatically insured against any type of risk (loss, theft, damage, road accidents, etc.). The customer bears full responsibility and all risks associated with the shipping process from the moment the shipment leaves the store premises until it arrives, without any financial or legal liability on the part of Ruby Modern Trading Company.
4. Insured Shipping Option: If the customer wishes to insure their shipment against road hazards, they must choose the "Insured Shipping Option" (if available) and pay the applicable insurance fees, which will appear as an additional amount on the total order value.
5. Special Insurance Request: If the customer does not see direct options for insured shipping during the order completion process, and wishes to insure his shipment, he must contact us before completing the payment process, so that we can arrange his special insurance procedures manually and inform him of the additional costs.
Brands:
The trademarks, logos, and service marks (Marks) displayed on the Site are the property of Ruby Modern Trading Company and other parties.
