Fix prices:
Ruby Jewellery reserves the right to refuse purchase orders whose amounts are delayed in reaching its bank accounts, even if the amount has been deducted from the customer's account. Ruby Jewellery maintains accounts in several Saudi banks to ensure that money transfers are received promptly.
Orders whose status changes to "Pending" mean that prices are fixed and will not be affected by rising or falling global prices.

By accepting a purchase order and changing its status to "Pending," we are committed to selling and the buyer is committed to buying. The customer may not cancel the purchase order.
